By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under UAE law to make purchases through our website.
3. Products
We sell hand clutches and related fashion accessories. All product descriptions, images, and prices are presented to the best of our accuracy. However, minor variations in color and design may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). All orders are processed as Cash on Delivery within UAE only, requiring 50% advance payment via bank transfer to confirm purchase, with the remaining 50% payable in cash upon delivery.
5. Orders and Confirmation
Orders will be confirmed only after a 50% advance payment is made via bank transfer within 24 hours and the receipt is shared on WhatsApp. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion, including due to stock availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us directly. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across the UAE. Delivery charges are flat AED 20 or free delivery on spend of AED 400 or more. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery time within the UAE is 3–5 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
8. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept any exchanges, refunds, or returns under any circumstances. Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review all product descriptions, images, and specifications before placing an order. If there are any questions or the need for further clarification, customers should contact us prior to completing their purchase. 9. Intellectual Property
All content, including images, logos, text, and design, is the property of GlimzyGlaze and protected by UAE intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without our permission.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the U.A.E.
